Do you ship?

Sure do! We ship to all 50 states from Lubbock, Texas via UPS 2Day Airmail using a plethora of bubble wrap. Currently, we only ship Monday-Wednesday (please keep this in mind before purchasing) to ensure a high likelihood that your sea moss gel will arrive in 2-days and not sit in transit over the weekend. Please keep in mind that depending on your state, shipping could be delayed. Check our reviews, our customers love our packaging!
PSA: we do NOT ship to PO boxes. Your order will be refunded :(

How quickly do you ship?

We have a 5-7 business processing time. After your order is processed, it is shipped via UPS 2-Day Air. Please note during the holiday season and due to COVID-19, there are delays. Because of this, all sea moss gel is frozen before shipping to accommodate potential extended shipping times.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time as each product is made fresh to order. Once your order is processed after 5-7 business days, it will ship via UPS 2-Day Air. UPS can typically take anywhere from 2-7 business days due to COVID-19 shipping delays. Not to worry, all orders are frozen before shipping and packaged carefully.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Currently, we only ship our products within the United States and to U.S. territories. When we’re ready to go global, we’ll let you know baby!

Can I update my order once it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot update your order once you have placed it. To protect our customers, we do not keep credit card information on file. Thus, we are unable to edit the products you have purchased. If you have questions about your order, please email us at as soon as possible with your order number in the subject line.

What if my order is damaged?

Oh no! We're so sorry this happened! If your order was damaged in transit, please email us immediately. Please include your order number and pictures of the damaged product.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If your order is incorrect, please email us immediately at Include your order number in the subject line and a picture of the products you received. We will work with you to make it right.

Can I delay the shipment of my order?

Orders ship out in the order they are received. We cannot delay the shipment of an order, so please be sure you will be in town to receive it.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on perishable products. If an item purchased on is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package and we will do our absolute best to work together to resolve any issues. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your package.
